Summary
From a prompt on Tumblr
"As Arthur and the rest of Camelot get more comfortable with magic, Arthur makes a decision. He’s tried teaching Merlin every type of weapon out there, and he’s hopeless with every one of them. But, Merlin still insists on coming with him on dangerous quests. So, Arthur decides to have Merlin try his hand at magic so he has some sort of self defense"Bookmarked by CreaturePersonThing

Summary
Arthur calls him a daffodil and Merlin laughs.
“You look like a startled stoat,” Arthur complains, and Merlin glances sidelong at him with eyes that look strangely yellowish in the sun.
“You’re such a girl’s—”
“—Blouse, I know,” Merlin says, and grins, canines glinting wickedly in the low light of the fireplace.
It’s only when Arthur finds out that Merlin is a bloody dragon that everything clicks into place.

Summary
"I will invite the druid leader Emrys to Camelot to negotiate a peace treaty. I heard the druids believe him to be the most powerful sorcerer to ever exist. We cannot afford to have such an enemy."
Arthur and Morgana exchanged a panicked look. They both knew something was wrong. Uther wasn't telling them everything. And they probably wouldn't like the King's true reason for initiating those negotiations. If there was something both Arthur and Morgana knew with certainty, it was that Uther Pendragon hated anything that was even vaguely related to magic from the bottom of his heart. Just the day before, he had arrested two druids and executed one of them. The other, a child, was still locked in the dungeons.

Summary
Stratt went silent this time.
As far as she was aware— Ryland didn’t have any sort of family. Both of his brothers were presumed dead. His parents were dead. Grace never mentioned a partner, he didn’t even have a dog.
Yet— he’d still called someone.
Someone had come here to get him.
“Bring him in too.” Stratt finally said, the guilt already wrenching low in her stomach.

Summary
"You are also familiar with NASA" he felt a sudden, hot, indignant rage. "Unfortunately", he bit out, and for the first time since they met Stratt's expression softened. "I'm sorry about what happened to your husband", she said. He did not want to talk about this today. Maybe ever. "I bet you are, you guys sent him up there", he muttered, fiddling with the bike lock. "I don't work for NASA", she said matter-of-fact "It was unprecedented. NASA doesn't make a habit of losing an entire ship".
After five years together, Simon goes missing. Grace thinks he'll never see him again, that he'll never know what happened. On their way to Erid, Grace finds answers.

Summary
There were four hours of camera footage on the beetles. They’ve all seen parts, because it’s everywhere, but no-one has been able to bring themselves to watch the whole thing. But they owe it to Dr. Grace. They owe him far, far more than that.
The lights dim, someone presses play…and there he is.
“So, I met an alien…”
Katsuki laughs, shaking his head in amazement. The whole world knows about the Eridians by now, but all he can think is: of course. Of course Dr. Ryland Grace made first contact twice. He always was the best of them.

Summary
“The man is a pariah in his field. If you’d read his post-doctoral thesis,” Vale chuckles and shakes his head. “He’s not what I’d call ‘leadership material,’ in any case.”
“Dr. Grace is very well respected on this ship, Friedrich,” Dr. Cohen says with a hint of reproach. “While you’re here, perhaps it is best not to say such things in polite company.”
Vale rolls his eyes, but lets the subject drop with a muttered, “Really, what could Grace do to me?”
The astrophysics team experiences a collective realization: Friedrich Vale might be a complete idiot, actually.
-
Or, Friedrich Vale is the newest scientist on Stratt's Vat. Friedrich Vale, for whatever reason, does not like Dr. Ryland Grace. Friedrich Vale is about to have a VERY bad time.
Featuring the crew of Stratt's Vat being totally prepared to throw a bitch overboard if they so much as give Dr. Grace a dirty look, because he's too nice to do it himself.Series
