And when it works like a charm, it's easy to lean on it again in another city. What he doesn't expect is how quickly this becomes the hottest gossip to sweep through the MLH and now everyone wants more details.
Or, 5 times everyone thinks Shane is hooking up and the 1 time they were right. -

Summary
"So what?" Shane huffs. "I start dating some random guy and bring him to my ex's wedding? That's so weird."
"Or you find perfect, fake boyfriend who will act like total asshole to Matt."
Shane snorts. But then he stops laughing.
It's not… the worst idea. It's kind of a bad one. And chances are Matt is happily involved with whoever this Ian guy is, so he won't even care. Shane would have to find a fake boyfriend that's either so unworldly perfect, everyone in the room will be jealous; or someone who has a special talent for pissing people off.
Shane sits up, his eyes finding Ilya's.
"What if I bring you?"
- or, Shane needs a date for his ex's wedding, and who better to bring than his best friend, Ilya? (You know, the one who is secretly in love with Shane.)

Summary
Shane Hollander is a former professional cyclist who now owns a bike shop in Colorado. Ilya Rozanov, the tattoo artist who owns the shop next door, thinks boy scout Shane Hollander should take a ride on his motorcycle instead. But what starts out as a casual fling can't stay that way for long--not once Shane and Ilya discover the depths of their chemistry (and Ilya the many benefits of little spandex shorts). Both of them have been hurt before, and the only way to move forward is to get over their pasts. It's a hill climb in both directions, but if Shane Hollander can do anything, it's push himself to endure the burn when he knows the ride home will be that much more satisfying.
